Hi, I just discovered your blog when googling Singapore chye tow Kueh. Pls advise for sugee cookies, what is almond meal? Recipe is easy but I am not certain if this is crushed almonds. Hope you can add more Easy recipes to help bad cooks like me who dislike cooking but have to feed a family and eat to survive. Lol.
Hi Avril! Sorry for the late reply! Almond meal is actually almond blitz up to look close to flour! You can get them at supermarkets!
